Sticker Banner

How to make a sticker banner on TikTok

A sticker banner is a row of 3, 6 or 9 stickers on your TikTok profile that line up into one picture. Here is the whole process, tested on a real account.

Open the Sticker Banner Maker →

Recorded on a real account: Share → Create sticker → Confirm → Create sticker, then the finished banner.

Step by step

Public stickers show in the Stickers tab (smiley-face icon) on your profile. TikTok makes a sticker from a video you have posted, so the easiest way is one short square video per sticker: nothing to drag, nothing to zoom, and moving stickers stay in sync.

  1. Make the sticker videos with the Sticker Banner Maker and save them to your phone (Save to Photos on iPhone).
  2. Post each one on TikTok as a separate video (not a photo post, and don't turn on collage). A caption like “1”, “2”, “3” helps later.
  3. Wait until Create sticker appears in the Share menu. It can take 10 minutes or more.
  4. Open video 1 → Share → Create sticker → Confirm (the default 3 seconds) → Create sticker. Don't touch the square preview: a stray drag shifts the picture.
  5. Repeat for 2, 3 and so on, in order. Make the stickers public. If one video doesn't show Create sticker yet, wait for it instead of skipping ahead: the newest sticker shows first, so the order matters. Still missing after 15–20 minutes? Delete that video and post it again.
  6. Done? Delete the videos. On our test account the stickers stayed on the profile.

No Create sticker button? On our test account it appeared a few minutes after posting, never on photo posts, and only after turning on Settings and privacy → Accessibility → Animated thumbnail (see below).

One-video alternatives: Sequence video puts every sticker in its own time segment; drag TikTok's 3-second window a little past each pink number card (press play: if pink shows, drag further right). Template video shows numbered frames; pinch to zoom until a frame's line just disappears past the edges. Both mean only one post, but the moving parts can drift out of sync if a window or zoom is off.

A few framing tips

Keep faces away from corners and from the top-right of each square, where visitors see a save star. Use a wide image for 3 stickers or a 3:2 image for 6. Short loops look best. Different rows can use different clips.

Don't see the Stickers tab?

On our own test account (Android, October 2026) there was no way to make a sticker until we turned on one setting:

  1. Open your profile and tap ☰ (top right).
  2. Go to Settings and privacy → Accessibility.
  3. Turn on Animated thumbnail.

After that we could create a sticker, and the Stickers tab (smiley-face icon) showed up on the profile. If it still doesn't appear for you, update the app and restart it; the feature may not have reached your account yet. You can prepare your files now either way. We're not affiliated with TikTok and can't enable it.

Fix a shifted banner

The newest sticker shows first, so extra stickers push older banners across rows. Add stickers in groups of 3. If a banner is shifted by 1 cell, add 2 filler stickers; shifted by 2 cells, add 1. Or make the extra stickers private or delete them. The Sticker Banner Maker can make matching filler videos under More options.

Questions, answered

How do I select the next sticker in a sequence video?

Open your posted video → Share → Create sticker. Sticker 1 starts at 0 seconds: tap Confirm → Create sticker. For stickers 2 onward, drag the 3-second time window a little past the pink number card (press play in the preview; if pink shows, drag further right), then Confirm → Create sticker. Keep the default square framing and make the stickers public.

Don't see the Stickers tab?

Turn on Settings and privacy → Accessibility → Animated thumbnail. That made the sticker option appear on our test account. If it still doesn't show, update and restart the app; it may not have reached your account yet. We're not affiliated with TikTok.

Can I make a sticker from a photo?

Yes. Sequence video turns a photo into a square MP4 with 5 seconds per sticker. Post it on TikTok as a video, wait until Create sticker appears (often 10+ minutes), then open it → Share → Create sticker. For sticker 1 tap Confirm → Create sticker; for later stickers drag the 3-second window a little past the pink number card; if pink shows when you press play, drag further right. Make them public.

Do I have to keep the video posted?

No. Once your stickers are created you can delete the video; on our test account the stickers stayed in the Stickers tab.

Is it free?

Yes, with no sign-up.

Does it add a watermark?

No. Sequence video has clean sticker segments, with pink number cards only between them. Templates contain numbered guides; pre-cut files have clean edges.

Why are my stickers out of order?

We assume newest shows first. Create stickers in numbered order, starting with 1. Change Order if your app displays them differently.

Why does the picture not line up?

Enable gap-aware cut and adjust the Advanced gap slider to match your profile.

Why are my moving stickers out of sync?

Each sticker plays its own loop. Use one video per sticker and keep TikTok's default 3-second selection, so every sticker starts on the same frame. If one sticker still looks a beat behind (often the one you made last), close and reopen TikTok: the stickers restart together. In a sequence video, a window placed a little differently for each sticker shifts the motion.

Why is my sticker banner shifted / out of line?

Extra stickers shift older banners across rows. Add stickers in groups of 3, in numbered order. For a shift of 1 cell add 2 fillers; for 2 cells add 1 filler. Alternatively remove or make private the extra stickers. This assumes newest-first ordering.

What sizes can I download?

Sequence video: one 720 × 720 H.264 MP4, 30 fps, no audio. Template video: 1920 px wide. Pre-cut video tiles: 720 × 720. PNG (1080 or 720) is also available for photos in the alternative modes.

Can I use a video?

Yes. Trim up to 5 seconds (TikTok's sticker limit); 3 seconds matches TikTok's default selection. Every sticker video starts on the same frame. Photos become short MP4s so you can post them as videos.

Do you upload my files? Is this affiliated with TikTok?

No files are uploaded by this tool. Sticker Banner is independent and is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance.
