Sticker Banner is made by a small independent team. Email us at hello@stickerbanner.org. A person reads every message, and we reply within a week.

Report a bug

If the maker, a template or the GIF converter didn't work for you, tell us:

• your phone or computer, and the browser (for example iPhone 15, Safari, or Android, Chrome);
• what you uploaded: video, GIF or photo, its rough size and length (please don't attach the file);
• the step that failed and the message on the screen;
• a screenshot of our page, if you can. Please crop out your TikTok profile and other apps.

Most fixes go live within a few days. When TikTok changes a menu, we update the step-by-step guide after we have checked the change on our own test account.

Privacy questions

Your photos and videos are processed on your device and are never sent to us. Our short error reports contain no files or file names, and they are deleted after 30 days. If you have a question about the data described in our privacy policy, write to us with "Privacy" in the subject line.

Copyright and content concerns

Our templates are drawn by us or come from clips that are free to use, and each pack names its source and licence. If you believe something on this site uses your work without permission, email us with "Copyright" in the subject line, the page address and a short description. We will reply within a week and remove the material if the claim is valid.

TikTok account problems

Sticker Banner is independent and not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance, so we can't see or change your account. For questions about your account or a missing feature, use the TikTok Help Center. Our guide lists the settings that made Create sticker appear on our test account.
